As with wheat, this covers a known ‘bad guy’ in dairy.  As with gluten intolerance, many people are now aware of lactose intolerance.  The FODMAP Food List tackles this, with a varety of alternative suggestion. Drinks are also vital, drinks are often overlooked, however drinks such as coffee can play havoc with IBS and care must be taken to that end.  Alcohol, is another which can reek tremendous harm, so we do recommend care is taken with both.
