A stuck record ?

As with general health there is no need to deliver further evangelical messages.  The basic point of this page is a reminder that exercise is vital to improving your condition.

If your IBS prohibits some activities it is vital to find other exercises to replace them.  The benefits of exercise extend beyond the obvious. Psychologically there are substantial benefits.

Inactivity can be a key trigger for depression, a condition which can be linked to severe cases of IBS. Making sure that you get a bit of exercise each day will assist you in keeping a clear mind.

Below are two videos for those who have been averse to the idea of exercise.  The first explains exactly why exercise is so important,  whilst the second offers a few examples of simple exercises which can be completed in the comfort of your own home. If you already exercise ignore these videos.

Some people are willing to pay the price and it's the same with staying healthy or eating healthy. There's some discipline involved. There's some sacrifices.
