Thus the first step to creating a lifestyle, which will assist the management of your IBS, would be to look at how to decrease the levels of stress in your life. The biggest barrier to which will be your own mentality. When you are under constant stress and pressure, it seems as if there is no way out. Making the first steps in the fight against stress, may be the hardest mental challenge you face.
Asking yourself, what are the causes behind your stress, and using the serenity prayer to focus on the things you can change:
