Ingredients


1 x 400g punnet strawberries

100ml  strawberry sauce

3 meringue nests, broken

2 scoop strawberry Sorbet

100ml lactose free cream


Serves - 2










Method


Roughly mash half of the strawberries and then slice the rest. Divide between 4 small bowls.

Top with a couple of broken meringue nests and scoops of strawberry sorbet.

Drizzle with strawberry sauce and lactose free cream.
