Since the inception of the Low FODMAP diet, there have been a number of apps created to assist with the diet. We have tried a few of the free versions on Android, which are ok, however we do wholeheartedly recommend the Monash University Low FODMAP app.
Given that the Low FODMAP diet is still in its early stages, there is much more reserach to come out. In particular the research into which foods and products work for the diet are being updated all the time, thus this app will keep you up to date with the very latest information avialable.
Not only is this app far more developed in terns of its design abd layout, you will be receiving updates from the very source of the Low FODMAP diet. The app appears to only be on iphone at the moment, however we are hopeful that over time it will be available on Android. If you are serious about the low FODMAP diet, this is a great investment.
