1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic infused oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp lactose free butter
500g fillet steak, sliced
1 tbsp gluten free plain flour
150g lactose free cream
1 tsp English mustard
100ml beef stock
½ small pack of parsley, chopped
1 tsp chopped chives
Serves - 4
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan then add the lactose free butter. Once the lactose free butter is foaming a little.
Tip the gluten free flour into a bowl with a big pinch of salt and pepper, then toss the steak in the seasoned gluten free flour.
Add the steak pieces to the pan, splashing in a little oil if the pan looks particularly dry, and fry for 3-4 mins, until well coloured.
Whisk the lactose free cream, garlic infused oil, paprika, mustard, chives and beef stock together, then pour into the pan.
Cook over a medium heat for around 5 mins. Scatter with parsley, then serve with gluten free pasta or rice.
