1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic infused oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp lactose free butter

500g fillet steak, sliced

1 tbsp gluten free plain flour

150g lactose free cream

1 tsp English mustard

100ml beef stock

½ small pack of parsley, chopped

1 tsp chopped chives

Serves - 4

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan then add the lactose free butter. Once the lactose free butter is foaming a little.

Tip the gluten free flour into a bowl with a big pinch of salt and pepper, then toss the steak in the seasoned gluten free flour.

Add the steak pieces to the pan, splashing in a little oil if the pan looks particularly dry, and fry for 3-4 mins, until well coloured.

Whisk the lactose free cream, garlic infused oil, paprika, mustard, chives and beef stock together, then pour into the pan.

Cook over a medium heat for around 5 mins. Scatter with parsley, then serve with gluten free pasta or rice.
