500g pack lean minced beef

1 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tbsp garlic infused oil

1½ tbsp dried oregano

2 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp paprika

pinch chili flakes

300ml pasata

1 red pepper, deseeded and diced

To serve

1 handful lettuce leaves

4 tomatoes, diced

24 gluten free taco shells

100g grated hard cheese

Serves - 4


Heat a large frying pan until very hot, then brown the mince and peppers. Remove, then season with salt and pepper.

Add the oil to the pan and fry the  oregano and spices for 1 min until fragrant.

Return the beef to the pan and toss well, add the garlic infused oil and passata.  

Cook down until the sauce has thickened.  Add a pinch of sugar.

Warm the gluten free taco shells following the pack instructions and serve with the beef. Top with cheese, then salad.
