Ingredients


1 small banana

3 strawberries, hulled

6 raspberries

1 tbsp blueberries

3 tbsp lactose free yogurt

3 tbsp lactose free milk


Serves - 2








Method


Slice the banana into the bowl of a food processor, or a jug if using a hand blender.

Add the berries, lactose free yogurt, and lactose free milk, and blitz until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
