a chunk of gluten free ciabatta (or French bread)
a little mustard
a little mayo
Little gem lettuce leaves
2 rashers lean back bacon (or lean ham)
Serves - 1
Toast a chunk of gluten free ciabatta (or French bread).
Spread with a little mustard and mayo, then fill with the grilled bacon (or lean ham), little gem lettuce and thickly sliced grilled tomatoes.
