Ingredients


100g blueberry

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

200ml lactose free milk

2 large scoops lactose free vanilla ice cream



Serves - 2









Method


In a blender, whizz blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lactose free milk and lactose free ice cream.

Pour into milkshake glasses and enjoy with a straw.
