200g/7oz lactose free cream cheese
200ml lactose free cream
pinch ground cinnamon
2 tsp maple syrup
Serves - 2
Mix the lactose free cream, lactose free cream cheese with the cinnamon and half the maple syrup in a bowl.
Gently stir in most of the blueberries. Divide the mixture between two ramekins or small bowls.
Top with the remaining blueberries and keep in the fridge, covered, until ready to eat.
Drizzle over the remaining maple syrup just before serving.
