1 tbsp icing sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

drizzle maple syrup

500g/1lb 2oz pack gluten free puff pastry*

*Gluten free is now readily available in many countries, check against the low FODMAP lists on the ingredients to ensure suitable, or make low FODMAP pastry with the recipe attached to this link.

Serves - 4-6


Heat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7. Roll out the gluten free pastry and cut into thin strips.

Lay onto a baking sheet in a twist shape. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and risen.

Leave to cool, then sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
