250ml/10fl oz vegetable oil, to deep-fry
½ packet tofu, cut into cubes
1 tbsp gluten free breadcrumbs
1 tbsp sesame seeds
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Heat a deep, heavy-bottomed saucepan half-full of vegetable oil to the point that a breadcrumb sizzles when dropped in it.
In a clean bowl, mix together the tofu cubes, gluten free breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place the tofu cubes into the hot oil for one minute, or until golden and drain on kitchen paper.
To serve, pile the tofu cubes onto a plate, with sweet chili sauce and green salad.
