Ingredients


225g strawberries, hulled

300ml cold lactose free milk

3 large scoops dairy/lactose free vanilla ice cream*

extra strawberries, to serve


*Click here if you are unable to buy suitable ice cream














Method


Tip the hulled strawberries into a food processor with the lactose free milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into tall glasses, top with sliced strawberries.
