½ cucumber

60g feta

200g tub marinated olives

100g diced tomato

250g pack spiralised zucchini

Serves - 2


Slice the cucumber on the diagonal and crumble the feta.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a little extra virgin olive oil and some seasoning, then divide between plates.
