100g mixed leaves
100g Parma ham
For the dressing*
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar, optional*
1 tablespoon garlic infused oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¾ cup olive oil
* this will make excess dressing, reduce if you are making for this recipe exclusively. Alternatively make in a jar and keep.
4 slices gluten free bread or gluten free ciabatta
Serves - 4
Place the Parma ham, mozzarella, tomato and leaves on the plate.
Mix all the dressing ingredients together, this is easiest in a jar.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve with toasted gluten free bread.
