Ingredients


2 ripe frozen bananas

200g frozen blueberries and/or frozen raspberries

1 drop vanilla essence


Serves - 2












Method


Slice the bananas into a bowl and add the frozen berries and vanilla.

Blitz with a stick blender to make a slushy ice and serve straight away in two glasses or bowls with spoons.
