Ingredients


10 white marshmallows

10 ounces lactose or dairy free cream

One can pure pumpkin puree (15 ounce)

¼ cup water

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

To serve

Lactose free cream, whipped - optional


Serves - 4






Method


Place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat and cook, whisking frequently, until the marshmallows have melted and the mousse is smooth.

Spoon into small serving bowls and either serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Garnish with whipped lactose free cream and cinnamon.
