1kg chicken tenders
red chili paste as per taste
oatmeal for frying
Marinate chicken tenders with salt, lime ,red chili paste, black pepper for 1 hr.
Before frying, dip the chicken in white egg, then roll it on oatmeal. Heat a frying pan, until warm.
Fry the chicken strips until brown all over and the chicken is cooked through.
Finally serve with salad and dips.
