½ gluten free pitta bread

25g cooked skinless chicken breast

¼ cucumber, cut into chunks

1 tomato, chopped

¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 tbsp mayo

Serves - 1


Fill the gluten free pitta half with the chicken breast, lettuce, mayo, cucumber and tomatoes.
