Day by day, we intend to gather together a great wealth of low FODMAP recipes, to make your life with IBS that much easier.  Low FODMAP recipes will not work for all IBS sufferers, however they are a major breakthrough for many who have been cursed by irritable bowel syndrome.

Low FODMAP recipes may be restricted in some ways, however they still leave a great wealth of dishes for you to try and can ensure that your IBS does not ruin your ability to eat great food.   Most of our low FODMAP recipes have either come from other low FODMAP diet sites, or have been adapted from existing recipes.
