1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp garlic infused oil
85g/3oz sirloin steak, sliced into strips
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Mix the the ketchup, maple, vinegar, soy and garlic infused oil, then set aside.
Heat the sesame oil in a pan and gently fry the beef strips. Fry for a further 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your liking.
Stir in the ketchup, maple, vinegar, soy and garlic infused oil until the beef is evenly coated, then pile onto a serving plate.
Top with sesame seeds, serve with rice and bok choi.
