Ingredients


20 slices bacon

25g lactose free butter

800g minced pork

handful sage, leaves chopped, plus extra for topping

1 tbsp chopped chives

1 tsp chopped parsley

1 tsp mace

3 eggs

140g gluten free breadcrumb


Serves - 6-8






Method


In a very large mixing bowl, simply mix together all ingredients except for the bacon.

Line a loaf tin with the bacon, then pack the whole mixture into a 1kg loaf tin and top with extra sage leaves.

Bake with turkey for 30-40 mins. Drain off any fat and serve sliced.
