4 slices gluten free bread

100g/3½oz lactose free cream cheese, drained

100g/3½oz smoked salmon slices

squeeze lemon juice

1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill, to garnish

freshly ground black pepper

25g/1oz cucumber, finely sliced, to serve

25g/1oz watercress, to serve

Serves - 2


Spread the gluten free bread with the lactose free cream cheese.

Top with the smoked salmon, cucumber and a little lemon juice.

Sprinkle with dill and pepper. Serve with the watercress.
