Ingredients


1 x 400g punnet strawberries

3 tbsp strawberry sauce

2 meringue nests, broken

4 scoops strawberry Sorbet

4 tbsp lactose free cream, whipped


Serves - 4









Method


Roughly mash half of the strawberries and then slice the rest. Divide between 4 small bowls.

Top with a couple of broken meringue nests and scoops of strawberry sorbet.

Drizzle with strawberry sauce and dairy free cream or dairy free yogurt.
