2 tbsp lactose free cream cheese
4 curly lettuce leaves
250g cooked turkey, shredded
1 tbsp chopped chives
12cm chunk cucumber,shredded
4 gluten free wraps
Cranberry sauce to serve
Mix the chives and lactose free cream cheese thoroughly. Spread on to the gluten free wraps.
Divide the lettuce leaves, turkey and cucumber between the wraps.
Drizzle over the cranberry, roll up and eat.
