Ingredients


500g carrots, chopped

500g potatoes, chopped

1 tsp cumin seeds, toasted

25g lactose free butter


Serves - 4











Method


Put the carrots  and potatoes in a large pan of salted water, bring to the boil, then cook for 12 mins.

Add cumin seeds, lactose free butter and seasoning, roughly mash, then serve immediately.
