Ingredients


350g/12oz  potatoes, peeled and cut into fries

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp sea salt

1 tsp crushed dried chili flakes or smoked paprika

freshly ground black pepper










Method


Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Place the potato fries into a roasting tin and drizzle over the olive oil and season with the salt, crushed dried chili flakes and freshly ground black pepper.

Toss well to coat, then roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the potato fries are crisp and golden-brown. Pile onto a plate and serve immediately.
