Ingredients


2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise

2 tbsp low FODMAP pesto

100g baby spinach leaves

250g cooked turkey, shredded

4 slices, lean ham

50g roasted red peppers from a jar

4 gluten free wraps






Method


Mix together the mayonnaise and pesto. Divide the spinach, ham, turkey and peppers between the gluten free wraps. Drizzle over the pesto dressing, roll up and eat.
